Daniel Gispan

Field Support

You could say that craftsmanship is part of Gispan’s DNA. Hailing from a family of homebuilders and designers with roots in door manufacturing and door hardware supplies, Daniel set out to forge his own path to success in the construction industry, eager to carry on his family’s tradition of excellence in building lasting and memorable products.

That path led him far from his homeland of Israel and his background in economics. After immigrating to the U.S. five years ago, Daniel capitalized on his strong work ethic, determination, and curiosity to carve out a place for himself in the construction industry. Driven by his deep curiosity and perseverance, he learned as much as he could about building and design fundamentals under the influence of a mentor well-respected in the luxury home building industry.

Soon after, he joined forces with LABC, and by receiving the proper training under senior team members and gaining the trust of his peers with his eye for detail and ability to rapidly grasp industry standards and practices, he became a valuable supervisor to his clients and his team. Daniel is admired for his subject matter expertise and his aptitude to break down the complexities of his profession and distill them into clear instructions that inspire quality work. Having never lost sight of his humble beginning, he is very protective of his clients’ vision and mindful of the impact he has on every stakeholder attached to his projects.

Off the job site, you can find Daniel playing volleyball, eating sushi, enjoying the beach, and traveling to explore nature and appreciate all its beauties.

Field Support

Michael Kram’s fascination with construction and real estate began at an early age. Coming from a family of property developers, Michael quickly found himself surrounded and schooled by tradespeople day in, day out. That childhood fascination has now rewarded him with a career in the construction industry that has spanned over 2 decades.

After attending junior college at Santa Monica College for architecture and interior design, where he also gained valuable hands-on experience working in nearly every facet of construction trades while managing his family's multi-unit apartment buildings, Michael completed a degree in Construction Management at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He then worked as a project engineer before returning to LA in 2005 to launch his own construction business.

Michael boasts extensive experience in product and environmental design. In 1993, his small shop in Los Angeles produced a variety of furniture for a high-end boutique nursery based in Santa Monica. In 2005 through 2019, in tandem with the launch of his home improvement business, his shop also offered design and fabrication services of fine custom cabinetry.

With a rich background in design and construction, Michael's deep emotional connection to his projects, his loyalty to the aesthetics and design choices dictating the identity of every project, and his pride in the quality of craftsmanship remain to be always true and evident in the outcome.

When Michael isn't on-site bringing our client's design visions to life, he enjoys spending time with family and friends cooking, building Lego structures with his kids, or exploring the mountains, beaches, and parks around Los Angeles.
